I have considerable experience working on medium to large scale wood-framed residential structures (2500-13,000 sq.ft.) clad with masonry, cement-board, wood, stucco as well as low to high rise mixed use structures employing wood and metal framing, clad with stucco, masonry, curtain wall, cement-board, wood, concrete, metal. In addition to this I’ve spent several years working for RW Beck, Woodward-Clyde, URS-Greiner, Kennedy-Jenks, Berger-Abam, HDR-EES and others on a variety of projects involving water treatment and transmission, surface water management, stream remediation, landfill crown and remediation, structural design, etc. I am a master AutoCAD user and proficient at Revit Architecture 2014 & Land Development Desktop. Project engineers and architects appreciate the fact that I rose through the ranks in the construction trades, working on many of the high-rises in downtown Seattle as a journey carpenter.
