We are a full service design and drafting service experienced in small residential to high rise mixed use structures. We are able to begin with the initial schematic design & feasability studies, coordinate with code officials in your jurisdiction, proceed to design documents and application for building permit; then coordinate with subcontractors and produce the necessary construction documents. There is no project to large or overwhelming for us. We ordinarily work with project managers (licensed architects) who are understaffed and in need of competent assistance able to "hit the ground running".
